TransPecos Foods is a premium producer of the highest quality frozen appetizers, from cheese stickes and jalapenos to onion rings and a variety of other battered vegetables.
TransPecos Foods is named for the fertile Texas growing region in which it is located. The Pecos River traverses this area beginning in New Mexico and emptying into the Rio Grande River 900 miles downstream.

At TransPecos Foods, our mission is to supply our customers with the finest gourmet appetizers at a competitive price. We supply our customers with the Pecos Valley Farms brand, private label products, and work with our customers to develop new products because we believe that ensuring our customers’ success ensures our own.

Our Production Plant
Our company was born in the small West Texas town of Pecos, where our world-class processing facility is located. With over 140,000 square feet of manufacturing space and an historic tradition of producing the industry’s finest appetizers, TransPecos Foods offers you the opportunity to enjoy the highest quality onion ring, vegetable, pepper and cheese appetizers available.
The driving force behind TransPecos Foods is our experienced production team, averaging over a decade of experience. Our hand-packed, raw breaded onion rings remain the quality standard for the industry. We have a strong work ethic and are committed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done right.
Our manufacturing and packaging systems allow us to dial in with precision to meet your specific needs. Our plant includes high-capacity frying equipment, batter and breading applicators, spiral freezers, and a host of specialized equipment that makes our facility one of the industry’s finest.
